Chef Cary Roy brings over 15 years of culinary experience and a passion for sushi and seafood sparked by his time spent in Hawaii. Now back in Kauai, he's thrilled to lead the team at Red Salt, where his expertise and creativity shine in every dish.

Set on the ocean-view lanai in front of Red Salt, Chef Cary Roy presents an intimate five-course dining experience that highlights his innovative approach to seasonal flavors and locally sourced ingredients. Each course is artfully paired with premium wines, creating a memorable celebration of the season in an extraordinary seaside setting.
