Red Salt Executive Chef and Kaua’i native Noelani Planas invites you to an unforgettable dinner pa’ina (party) on the Garden Isle. Set on the lanai in front of Red Salt, this intimate dining experience features authentic Hawaiian flavors and traditional dishes, complete with wine pairings, lei greetings, live entertainment, and breathtaking ocean views.

Select Mondays | 9-10 AM | Pool Bar
Learn to make flower lei, a Hawaiian wreath or garland symbolizing love, friendship, celebration, honor and greeting. Leave with a beautiful handmade lei to wear or share with someone special.
